first of all, this product doesn’t come with any instructions…
after reading another buyer’s review I discovered that you need to squeeze the valve to fill the product with water.
to say “squeeze” is an understatement.
you need to be get a wrench or pliers or some other tool to squeeze this baby tight enough to let the water in…
so… after much frustration, sore hands and a flooded bathroom, I’d say save yourself the grief and don’t buy it… really.

We couldn’t use it simply for the reason that there was no way to fill water inside. We tried, looked and probably got a mat with a malfunction. Also once it was closed we weren’t able to reopen it with out ripping it apart. Too bad, my boy would have liked it.

Not a bad toy but don’t expect it last forever. My niece loves lying on and chasing things around but quickly outgrew it.

We tried this initally for tummy time, but my son still loves to play with this now that he’s crawling at 9 months. He loves to smack it and tries to get the little floaters inside. It’s been very durable for us. It’s been able to handle the pinches and bites that are bound to happen with teething babies.
Not sure why people had problems filling this… It’s very simple to use.
